# Light Saber

## Saber Colors

These glowing blades are deeply personal to their users, often reflecting their personalities, beliefs, and allegiances. The color, ignited by a Force-attuned kyber crystal within its hilt, is not mere aesthetics; it carries profound meaning.

In its glow—be it the steadfast blue of the Jedi or the haunting red of the Sith—lies a narrative of sacrifice, destiny, and the eternal dance of light and shadow.

1. <mark style="color:blue;">**Blue**</mark> - This is one of the most common colors for Jedi lightsabers. Historically, it's associated with Jedi who are skilled in combat and who typically serve as "Guardians" within the Order. These Jedi are often focused on the physical aspects of the Force.
2. <mark style="color:green;">**Green**</mark> - Another common color for Jedi lightsabers, green blades are often wielded by those who are more in tune with the spiritual or contemplative side of the Force, sometimes referred to as "Consulars." These Jedi emphasize negotiation, meditation, and the mysteries of the Force over combat.
3. <mark style="color:red;">**Red**</mark> - Sith and other dark side users most commonly use red lightsabers. This isn't a natural crystal color; instead, the red color emerges when a dark side user corrupts a kyber crystal by pouring their anger and hatred into it, a process known as "bleeding" the crystal.
4. <mark style="color:purple;">**Purple**</mark> - Mace Windu wields a distinctive purple lightsaber. The purple color indicates a balance between the light and dark sides of the Force.
5. <mark style="color:yellow;">**Yellow**</mark> - Yellow lightsabers have been associated with the Jedi Temple Guards. Historically, yellow lightsabers were associated with the "Sentinels," Jedi who sought a balance between combat and scholarly pursuits, often acting as investigators or spies.
6. **White** - These blades are neutral and symbolize independence from both the Jedi and the Sith.
7. **Dark/Darksaber** - The Darksaber is a unique, ancient black-bladed lightsaber created by Tarre Vizsla, the first Mandalorian Jedi. It's been passed down through generations of Mandalorians and has deep cultural significance to them.
